This is strictly an online and work from home position, were all duties are performed remotely online, working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $30.00 per hour, working 15 to 25 hours weekly, if you are employed you are going to be working as a full employee or part time employee depending on your choice. Another benefit of working from home, it allows an employee to focus in their environment, without the unnecessary office squander.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a very busy calendar for the VP of Accounting, coordinate with senior executives externally to schedule meetings and events, schedule travel, process expenses and manage a budget, answer calls as needed, coordinate as needed with other committees, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, Pick up and deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns, traveling by foot, bicycle, motorcycle, automobile, or public conveyance, run errands most of the day, complete case documentation, drive client vehicles including manual transmission, open communication with Concierge Manager and errand running coordinators. Keep calendar up to date, submit mileage and credit card receipts timely.
