Job Descriptions

  • Responsibilities
    • Manage compensation packages using payroll software
    • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
    • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
    • Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate
    • Issues statements and invoices and maintain records
    • Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
    • Calculate unemployment and severance payments
    • Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor

In this job you will:

  • Ensure that the executive is where he needs to be, when he needs to be there
    • Proactively manage calendars for the executive, and for other team members, on occasion
    • Create detailed daily itineraries (which constantly shifts). Make sure the executive follows these itineraries in a timely manner
    • Arrange meetings, calls, events, and travel. Set and test everything out in advance to ensure a seamless experience
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, car services
  • Handle sensitive matters that require the utmost confidentiality
  • Be a superb gatekeeper, interacting with 1,000+ employees as well as numerous stakeholders of all levels, from a wide cross section of industries
  • Research industry trends that affect the executive, and alert about those to empower the executive is up to date with things that relate to his contacts and accounts
  • Manage external relationships
    • Represent the company with poise and professionalism when interacting with internal/external persons
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including placing lunch orders, arranging deliveries, updating contacts, conducting research
